Yoga - Rejuvenation

This rejuvenating class blends the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the grounding stillness of Hatha to create a well-rounded mind-body experience. You'll move through fluid, full-body sequences that build strength and flexibility, then ease into slower, intentional postures that promote alignment, awareness, and deep release. Centered around conscious pranayama (breath work), this practice is designed to reset your nervous system, balance your energy, and leave you feeling refreshed—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Suitable for all levels.

Qi Gong - MediYoQi sacred flow

This unique fusion class blends the wisdom of Yoga, Qigong, and meditation into a fluid, nourishing, gentle yet energetically powerful practice. Drawing from Vinyasa-style yoga, flowing Qigong forms, and medical Qigong meditation techniques, this class harmonizes breath, movement, and Qi (Chi, life force energy) to awaken the body’s natural healing abilities.

Through intentional breathwork and energy-directed movement, we stimulate the meridian systems, enhance vitality, and support the free flow of Qi. The integration of visualization, gentle flow, and grounding postures fosters a deep sense of inner alignment, promoting mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual awareness.

Yoga - Restorative

This deeply restorative class is designed to support healing on all levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Grounded in traditional restorative yoga postures and body relaxation techniques like deep, conscious breathing, the practice is enhanced with gentle energy healing and guided visualization. Verbal cues are woven throughout to help reframe mental models, calm the nervous system, and support inner transformation. This is a space to release, realign, and reconnect with your innate capacity for healing. No prior experience needed—just come as you are.

Qi Gong - A moving meditation

This beginner-friendly class designed to cultivate the flow of Qi (or Chi, vital energy) and enhance blood circulation through mindful movement, nuanced breath work, and guided visualizations. Through gentle, flowing movements, you’ll learn how to coordinate breaths with body's intentional movement and its internal energy (or meridian) systems to boost overall health and vitality - each session helps improve mobility, ease physical discomfort, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Besides the physical benefits, this practice offers a powerful way to clear the mind, elevate mood, and uplift the spirit. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, relieve pain, restore energy, or simply move with greater ease, this class provides a supportive and accessible space to reconnect with your body, mind and spirit for the natural rhythm and inner wisdom.
