This beginner-friendly class designed to cultivate the flow of Qi (or Chi, vital energy) and enhance blood circulation through mindful movement, nuanced breath work, and guided visualizations. Through gentle, flowing movements, you’ll learn how to coordinate breaths with body's intentional movement and its internal energy (or meridian) systems to boost overall health and vitality - each session helps improve mobility, ease physical discomfort, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Besides the physical benefits, this practice offers a powerful way to clear the mind, elevate mood, and uplift the spirit. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, relieve pain, restore energy, or simply move with greater ease, this class provides a supportive and accessible space to reconnect with your body, mind and spirit for the natural rhythm and inner wisdom. To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
