Enhance both physical and mental strength through a dynamic blend of Vinyasa flow and precise Iyengar alignment. This well-rounded class combines strong, fluid sequences with targeted holds, promoting flexibility, mobility, and overall fitness. Light cardio elements are included to gently elevate the heart rate and build endurance—always within your comfort zone. Beyond the physical benefits, the mindful movement and breathwork cultivate focus, resilience, and inner strength. All levels are welcome, with modifications offered throughout.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this policy, which helps us respect the time and energy of all clients and practitioners.
