- Whole-person high-stakes decision coaching: For those facing critical life and career choices, we integrate science-based decision-making and stress management frameworks with the cultivated awareness, embodied inner wisdom, and innate intelligence developed through mind-body practices. Tai Chi — Balance, Strength & Heart Health

Tai Chi is a slow, flowing movement practice that gently trains the body while calming the mind. Research shows regular Tai Chi practice can help:
