CEO / Founder
As mind-body and energy healing practitioner, teacher and healer in the past 30+ years, Dr. Wang is dedicated to supporting holistic well-being through energy-infused movement practices, such as Yoga and Qigong, and adoption of the wisdom of traditional medicine and complementary treatment.

Yoga / Mindfulness Coach
As a mindfulness coach and lifelong student of inner transformation, Mary guide others in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, joy and peace through Yoga and Meditation. She offers grounded support for those seeking clarify, balance and purpose through mindful living.
